Specialized in Somatic and Attachment focused EMDR, my goal is to help you reduce the emotional distress associated with traumatic memories while taking into consideration attachment based needs and wounds.

Trained in Exposure Response and Prevention,  I will provide evidence-based treatment specifically created to treat OCD and other anxiety related disorders.
